Soar with Joy

Tuesday, 10 November 2009
A lot of clients recently have been saying “I’m tired of playing small” or “I’m not thinking big enough, am I?”

It’s as if we are all waking up to our own potential, to the potential of the lives we can lead, the differences we can make.

So what exactly will “playing and thinking big” feel like?

It feels expansive, joyful, scary sometimes. It feels supported and creative. It feels exciting and full of deep peace - both at the same time. It takes your breath away and yet you find yourself breathing deeply for perhaps the first time in your life. It has you laughing and crying at the simplicity and the love of it. You reach out fearlessly to others, you give all you have and receive all they have to give in exquisite thankfulness. Rather than searching for truth you find yourself living it.

Ideas and projects flow with ease, you effortlessly see solutions and new methods of doing things. You co-operate, you lead by example, you show your eagerness to listen and to learn. You experience the world around you with great clarity. You live moment to moment poised in the wonder of each one.

Boundaries dissolve, you cease to measure and weigh the love which comes to you since you are becoming love in action. Daily you stand on the heights and spread your wings to soar with joy.

You enable others, you hold a light, you make a difference, you act fearlessly, you exist in a flood of appreciation.

You are a vast still point of potential and love.
