Tranquility

Years ago my Dad made me a wooden Solitaire board and at last yesterday I was given a bag of marbles to pop into the holes. (It’s nearly impossible to find old fashioned marbles!) So last night I played several games, trying to remember all the tactics I had used to get the game out. Before I knew it two hours had passed and I was amazingly chilled out. The concentration, the soft click of the glass marbles against the wood and the elation when I won, were letting any stress and strains melt away. Only thing of course, is that it can be addictive!
