December is probably the busiest month for most of us and in all the rush and demands it's good to take a quiet time to just be.
Not easy I hear you say but there is always a moment in the day when we can look beyond our worries and notice the beauty.
It might be a beautiful tree in the garden, time to read a favourite poem, connect on Facebook with a friend, stop for a moment to enjoy a Christmas carol on the radio, chat to a neighbour or just have that lovely satisfaction when you can tick one more job off the preparations list!
