Soul Purpose Part 3

How can we learn to listen to the guidance system of our soul?

As I explained in Part 2 we seem to have keywords - themes, which our souls explore through our time lines but although this keyword (healing, power etc) might be familiar, we are not bound to follow these patterns.

But surely finding your soul's purpose is going to make your life far more fulfilling and miraculously make everything alright? Well, that implies that your soul was 'given' or 'chose' a specific purpose and that if you don't live through this filter, your life will be a failure. This is not my experience within Soul Healing. Many of my clients have immense pain and dis-empowering beliefs around their keywords and it is only when healing is activated does their soul truly remember how magnificent it is.

Then the voices from their heart and soul can be heard much more clearly. One of the ways to tap into this wisdom is to think back to your childhood and re-discover some of the activities you loved and did as naturally as breathing. Often our creativity blossomed when we were children only to be stifled by adult fears and criticism.

Take time for yourself and ask yourself some deep questions about what type of person you truly are - how you view life. Those attributes can be worth exploring. They can hold clues as to what makes our heart sing, what raises our vibration so we attract abundance and joy - which is our true soul purpose.

Soul Purpose Part 2

"We are infinite beings, we are not here to restrict ourselves to one path, to one soul purpose. However, what I'm also told is that each soul may have a keyword - a theme..."

That's where I left you yesterday:)

So how can there be these contradictory truths? Well...we are not all alike and we don't all want the same things and experiences. And what I witness during soul healing is that we appear to have particular frequencies of energy - which in human terms we might term talents or gifts. So one soul may have explored being a healer through several lifetimes. Another may have explored power - how to wield it, how to learn from it etc. And these patterns may keep recurring.

When I asked about this, I was told it's rather like a 'keyword' that the soul keeps exploring. Sometimes this focus causes problems and traumas for the soul at various times - a couple of hundred years ago, most 'healers' risked being burnt at the stake! And the memories of these events and beliefs can impact on us today.

During Soul Healing we can re-visit these events and ask for healing and for beliefs to be lifted, having an immediate relief and healing in the present. Then the way is clear for the client to begin exploring the possibility of their 'keywords'.

And this is where understanding that the soul is not bound by past patterns and themes is essential.

The habit of these themes may be familiar but that doesn't mean that they are all the soul is 'allowed' to experience. The soul is free to experience, explore and devote itself to anything which makes it directly feel the love, abundance and joy which is a reflection of its true self.

However, the human aspect of us (in reality of course, there is no division!) will benefit endlessly when we are able to hear the truths and experiences which make our soul sing. Having a greater understanding of what energies match our soul means that we have an internal guidance system to help us become more integrated, feel more complete within ourselves and support us in living a life which fulfills us.

So how can we learn to listen to this guidance system of our soul?

Soul Purpose Part 1

There are a lot of us seeking our Soul Purpose these days. The thinking seems to be that finding this will validate our lives, give structure and meaning to them. All of which is perfectly fine - except...just for a moment, say the words aloud. What do you hear? 'Sole' purpose - as in just one purpose.

When I'm Soul Healing with my clients one of the most powerful things I witness is how the healing literally sets the soul free. Clients often 'feel' themselves growing in size as the restrictive energy is cleansed. They become aware of all the possibilities now open to them as they are released from old beliefs, experience resolutions in their personal time lines and let go of contracts and vows which don't serve them. It's a magical and profound moment.

And the information I receive is so clear - we are infinite beings, we are not here to restrict ourselves to one path, to one truth. On the contrary, Soul Healing is about setting ourselves and the people in our lives free.

So looking for just one 'purpose' is really just another way of ducking out of understanding who we truly are!

However, what I'm also told is that each soul may have a keyword - a theme...

Live Life with Abundance and Joy

Our exciting new LIVE LIFE Program is officially launched this weekend!

We've each had several 'test' clients which enabled us to really find out what worked and how best to tailor the Program to individual client's needs. We (and our clients!) have been blown away by how effective the Program is at jump-starting manifesting and the Law of Attraction.
